Comparison review

Amazon Fire has an overall score of 51.1, which is much better than Asus MeMO Pad HD 7's general score of 46. These tablets work with Android operating system, but the Amazon Fire has 5.0 version and Asus MeMO Pad HD 7 has Android 4.2.1, giving a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks. The Amazon Fire construction is a bit thinner but just a little heavier than Asus MeMO Pad HD 7.

The Asus MeMO Pad HD 7 features a brighter display than Amazon Fire, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Asus MeMO Pad HD 7 also has a higher 800 x 1280 resolution and a higher pixel count per inch in the screen. The Asus MeMO Pad HD 7 features just a bit bigger storage for games and applications than Amazon Fire, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that holds 96 GB smaller, it also counts with 16 GB internal storage.

The Amazon Fire counts with a much greater hardware performance than Asus MeMO Pad HD 7, although it has less cores (although they are faster), they both have the same RAM memory amount. The Amazon Fire and the Asus MeMO Pad HD 7 both count with incredibly similar batteries. The Asus MeMO Pad HD 7 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Amazon Fire, because it has a back camera with way more mega pixels and a way higher video quality.

Amazon Fire costs the same than the Asus MeMO Pad HD 7.
