Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a global score of 58.6, which is a little bit better than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's overall score of 58. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has newer 9.0 Pie version and Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2. Although the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) is extremely newer than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, it's a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a bit faster processing unit than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and although they both have the same RAM amount and a Quad-Core CPU, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also has a GPU.
