Comparison review
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is just a bit better than the Acer Iconia One 8, with a 58 score against 53.7. These devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has the older 4.2.2 version while Acer Iconia One 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is an incredibly older tablet than Acer Iconia One 8, but Amazon made it somewhat lighter and a bit thinner.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 features a quite better hardware performance than Acer Iconia One 8, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also has an additional graphics co-processor and 1 GB more RAM memory. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a much better looking screen than Acer Iconia One 8, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a way greater screen density and a lot better 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution.
Acer Iconia One 8 features a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Acer Iconia One 8 also has an external memory slot that supports up to 128 GB. Acer Iconia One 8 takes much better photos and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is a bit more expensive than Acer Iconia One 8, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
