Apple iPad 10.2-inch is much better than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, with a 79.3 score against 68.5. Even though the Apple iPad 10.2-inch is noticeably heavier than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, it's a bit thinner and also newer. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a more vivid screen than iPad 10.2-inch, because although it has a lot more opaque display and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better pixels density and a little bit higher 1600 x 2560px resolution.
The Apple iPad 10.2-inch features a little bit better performance than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have 4 CPU cores, the Apple iPad 10.2-inch also counts with 1 GB more RAM. Apple iPad 10.2-inch captures way better photographs and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light photography and videos, they both have a same resolution camera in the back.
