Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a score of 68.5, which is a little bit better than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro's overall score of 64.3. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9's design is noticeably lighter than the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro, although it is noticeably thicker and was released 2 years before. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has the older 4.2.2 version while Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro has Android 5.1 version.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 features a little faster CPU than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 also has an extra GPU and 3 more cpu cores.
