Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is much better than the Microsoft Surface RT, having a general score of 68.5 against 58.4. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9's construction is newer, somewhat thinner and lighter than Microsoft Surface RT.
