The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is better than Galaxy Tab 10.1, with a 68.5 score against 58.1. Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has newer 4.2.2 version and Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4, offering some extra features.
