Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a general score of 68.5, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE's 63.5 score. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a newer 4.2.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has Android 4.0, so it gives you a lot of extra features and some performance improvements. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 design has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, but it's somewhat heavier.
