Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab S3 has an overall score of 75.2, which is just a bit better than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9's score of 68.5. Both tablets we are comparing here have Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab S3 has 9.0 Pie version and Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has Android 4.2.2. Even though the Galaxy Tab S3 is heavier than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, it's extremely thinner and much newer.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a much better looking screen than Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixel quantity in each inch of display and a little higher 1600 x 2560px resolution. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 also counts with an extra GPU.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a greater memory capacity for games and applications than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, because although it has only 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits up to 256 GB.
