Comparison review

Galaxy Tab S4 is better than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, getting a 78.8 score against 68.5. Galaxy Tab S4's body is notably newer and a little thinner than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9's, but it's also much heavier. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a way better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1600 x 2560 resolution, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 also counts with a little greater count of pixels per inch of display.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 features a bit better CPU than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of faster cores. The Galaxy Tab S4 takes greater photographs and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, because it has a back facing camera with a lot better 13 MP resolution and a bigger diafragm aperture.

The Galaxy Tab S4 has a much better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy Tab S4 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 400 GB. Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 counts with a very superior battery duration than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9.
