Comparison review

Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab S9, getting a 68.5 score against 64.1. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9's construction is way lighter than Galaxy Tab S9, but it's much thicker and was released many years before. These tablets include Android OS, but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has 4.2.2 version while Galaxy Tab S9 has Android 13, so it counts with some extra features and a performance increase.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 features a much more vibrant display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S9, although it has a little bit smaller display. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a very superior performance than Galaxy Tab S9, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores (although faster), it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.

The Galaxy Tab S9 shoots a bit better videos and photos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, because it has a much better 13 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera. The Galaxy Tab S9 counts with a lot bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and an external SD slot that allows up to 1 TB.

The Galaxy Tab S9 features a really longer battery lifetime than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9.
