Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 3 is just a bit better than Apple iPad 10.2 (2020), getting a score of 66.3 against 62.2. Despite being the best portable tablet in this comparison review, it must be noted that it's also older, a lot heavier and somewhat thicker. Apple iPad 10.2 (2020) features a much better screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1620 x 2160 pixels and a little bit more pixels per inch of display.
The Microsoft Surface 3 features a superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than iPad 10.2 (2020), because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Microsoft Surface 3 has an extremely better processing unit than iPad 10.2 (2020), because although it has less cpu cores , it also counts with a higher amount of RAM.
The Microsoft Surface 3's battery life is very similar to iPad 10.2 (2020)'s battery duration. IPad 10.2 (2020) takes much better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface 3. They have the same video frame rate, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and the same resolution camera.
