The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a general score of 66.9, which is slightly better than the iPad 10.2 (2020)'s overall score of 62.2. Although it's the best tablet in this review, the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is an older, incredibly heavier and just a little thicker tablet than iPad 10.2 (2020).
