IPad 10.2-inch (2021) works with iPadOS 15.x OS, while Microsoft Surface RT comes with Windows RT OS. IPad 10.2-inch (2021) is a much newer tablet device, and it is also extremely lighter and thinner than the Microsoft Surface RT.
Apple iPad 10.2-inch (2021) has a sharper display than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with way more pixels per inch in the screen and a lot higher 1620 x 2160px resolution.
