The iPad 10.2-inch is much better than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), getting a 79.3 score against 62.4. IPad 10.2-inch's design is way thinner and just a little lighter than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), even though they were only released with a couple months difference. Apple iPad 10.2-inch has a better looking display than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), because it has a little bit higher number of pixels per screen inch, a bit bigger display and a better resolution of 1620 x 2160.
The iPad 10.2-inch counts with a bit faster CPU than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), because although it has less cores , it also counts with a larger amount of RAM. The iPad 10.2-inch has a very superior camera than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), because it has a much higher video definition and a back camera with much more mega pixels.
