IPad 10.2-inch is much better than Microsoft Surface Pro, having a 79.3 score against 63.2. IPad 10.2-inch is a notably newer tablet, and it is also much thinner and noticeably lighter than the Microsoft Surface Pro. The Apple iPad 10.2-inch counts with a bit faster processing unit than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has 1 GB less RAM and doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores.
The iPad 10.2-inch counts with a bit more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a higher resolution of 1620 x 2160px. The Microsoft Surface Pro's storage to store more games and applications is very similar to iPad 10.2-inch's one, both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity.
