LG G Pad 8.3 has a bit bigger memory capacity for games and applications than iPad (2020), because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 64 GB. The LG G Pad 8.3 has a superior battery lifetime than iPad (2020).
Although iPad (2020) is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG G Pad 8.3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G Pad 8.3. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy LG G Pad 8.3, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
