Comparison review
The iPad (2020) has a general score of 66.6, which is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface 3's 66.3 score. IPad (2020) is a noticeably newer portable tablet, and it's also thinner and noticeably lighter than Microsoft Surface 3. Apple iPad (2020) has a brighter display than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1620 x 2160 pixels and a just a little higher pixels amount per inch in the screen.
The Apple iPad (2020) features a quite superior hardware performance than Microsoft Surface 3, and although they both have 4 processing cores, the Apple iPad (2020) also has a 64 bits CPU. Microsoft Surface 3 has a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than iPad (2020), because it has more internal memory.
Microsoft Surface 3 has a battery performance that's just as good as Apple iPad (2020)'s battery performance. IPad (2020) takes much clearer photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface 3. They have a back camera with an 8 mega pixels, the same video quality and the same video frame rates.
Although Apple iPad (2020) is a better device, it costs more than the Microsoft Surface 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Microsoft Surface 3. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy Microsoft Surface 3, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
