The iPad (2020) construction is incredibly newer, just a bit thinner and a bit lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch. The iPad (2020) features a better looking display than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a little bit larger display, a lot more pixels per inch of display and a way better resolution of 1620 x 2160px.
The iPad (2020) features a better processing power than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a greater number of cores and a 64 bits processor. The Apple iPad (2020) captures much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has a back-facing camera with a lot higher resolution and a much higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.
The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a much better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than iPad (2020), and although they both have equal internal memory, the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch also has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 64 GB. The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with a much better battery performance than Apple iPad (2020).

So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Apple iPad (2020), otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, letting go a couple features and specifications.
