IPad (2020) is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, having a overall score of 66.6 against 65.6. The iPad (2020) construction is much newer and somewhat thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's, but it is heavier. Apple iPad (2020) features a little sharper screen than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a little better pixel density, a lot larger display and a way better 1620 x 2160 resolution.
The iPad (2020) features a greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage capacity. The iPad (2020) has a much powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the iPad (2020) also has a 64-bits processor.
IPad (2020) shoots better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a larger aperture for better captures and videos in poorly lited environments, a way higher video quality and a way better resolution camera in the back. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a much longer battery lifetime than iPad (2020).
Although iPad (2020) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the iPad (2020), otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, giving up a couple specs and features.
