Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) is a little bit better than the Apple iPad (2020), with a score of 69 against 66.6. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) is an older and just a little bit thicker tablet than the Apple iPad (2020), but Samsung managed to make it noticeably lighter anyway. The Apple iPad (2020) counts with a better processing unit than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Apple iPad (2020) also has a 64-bit processor.
The iPad (2020) has a more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), because it has a much better resolution of 1620 x 2160px, a larger display and more pixels per inch in the display. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) has a lot bigger memory for games and applications than iPad (2020), and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) also has an external SD slot that holds up to 512 GB.
IPad (2020) counts with a better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019). Both have the same (Full HD) video definition, the same video frame rates and a same resolution back-facing camera. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) counts with a very superior battery life than iPad (2020).
