IPad (2022) has a score of 74.7, which is slightly better than the Apple iPad Air 13-inch (M2, 2024)'s 71.3 global score. Both of these tablets include iPadOS OS (operating system), but the iPad (2022) has newer 16.x version and Apple iPad Air 13-inch (M2, 2024) has iPadOS 15.x version, so it counts with some extra features and increased performance. The iPad (2022) construction is incredibly lighter but thicker than Apple iPad Air 13-inch (M2, 2024).
