Apple iPad 9.7-inch (2018) has a score of 77, which is a lot better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020)'s global score of 59.7. The Apple iPad 9.7-inch (2018) is a older and incredibly heavier tablet device than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), but Apple was able to make it way thinner anyway. The iPad 9.7-inch (2018) features a little faster processor than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 4 CPU cores.
IPad 9.7-inch (2018) features a more vivid screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a larger screen, a higher pixels density and a lot higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels. Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) features a slightly bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Apple iPad 9.7-inch (2018), because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
