IPad 10.2-inch (2021) is a little bit better than iPad Air 11-inch (M2, 2024), getting a 73.2 score against 72.3. These tablets work with the same iPadOS 15.x operating system. Even being the best device in this comparison review, iPad 10.2-inch (2021)'s construction is a lot thicker and a bit heavier than iPad Air 11-inch (M2, 2024).
