The iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025) has a general score of 69.6, which is much better than the Apple iPad 10.2 (2020)'s global score of 62.2. IPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025) is a newer tablet, and it's also just a little bit lighter and way thinner than Apple iPad 10.2 (2020). Both devices in this review come with the same iPadOS 18.x OS (Operating System), so both should provide you identical OS features.
The iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025) has a bit better CPU than iPad 10.2 (2020), because it has 5 GB more RAM and 2 more CPU cores. The Apple iPad 10.2 (2020) features a much better screen than iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025), although it has a little smaller screen, they both have the same brightness. The iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025) features a way bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than iPad 10.2 (2020), because it has more internal memory capacity.
The Apple iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025) has a much better battery lifetime than Apple iPad 10.2 (2020). IPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025) shoots much clearer photos and videos than iPad 10.2 (2020), because it has a much bigger aperture to capture better photography and video in low light environments, a much higher video definition and a much more MP camera.
