Apple iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025) is just a bit better than the Apple iPad mini (6th Gen), having a 69.6 score against 65. These devices use iPadOS OS (operating system), but the Apple iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025) has 18.x version and Apple iPad mini (6th Gen) has iPadOS 15.x, offering some nice extra features and some performance improvements.
