The iPad Air (2019) is an older and a lot heavier tablet than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), but Apple managed to build it thinner anyway. Apple iPad Air (2019) has a slightly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because although it has a little bit worse quantity of pixels per display inch, it also counts with a higher 1668 x 2224px resolution and a bigger screen.
The Apple iPad Air (2019) counts with a better processor than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), and although they both have a Octa-Core processor and a 3 GB RAM, the Apple iPad Air (2019) also has a 64-bits processor. Apple iPad Air (2019) features a much bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
