Comparison review
IPad Air (2020) is just a bit better than the iPad Air 13-inch (M3, 2025), with a 71.7 score against 70.4. Both tablets in our current comparison work with iPadOS OS (Operating System), but iPad Air (2020) has older 14.x version and iPad Air 13-inch (M3, 2025) has iPadOS 18.x. IPad Air (2020) features a much better display than Apple iPad Air 13-inch (M3, 2025), although it has a little bit smaller display and less brightness.
Apple iPad Air 13-inch (M3, 2025) counts with a much greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than iPad Air (2020), because it has more internal storage capacity. IPad Air (2020) counts with a much greater processing power than Apple iPad Air 13-inch (M3, 2025), because although it has less cpu cores , it also counts with a 64-bit processing unit.
The iPad Air 13-inch (M3, 2025) features a camera that's just as good as the camera in iPad Air (2020), both have a same resolution camera in the back, the same 60 fps video frame rates, the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same diafragm aperture. The iPad Air 13-inch (M3, 2025) features a much better battery duration than Apple iPad Air (2020).
