IPad Air (2020) has a general score of 71.7, which is better than the iPad mini (6th Gen)'s 65 global score. The iPad Air (2020) is an older and noticeably heavier tablet than iPad mini (6th Gen), but Apple managed to make it just a bit thinner anyway. These tablets come with iPadOS OS (Operating System), but the iPad Air (2020) has an older 14.x version while iPad mini (6th Gen) has iPadOS 15.x version.
IPad mini (6th Gen) has a little more vivid display than iPad Air (2020), because although it has a lot smaller display and a little lower resolution of 1488 x 2266, and they both have the same screen brightness, the iPad mini (6th Gen) also counts with a just a bit more pixels per display inch. The Apple iPad mini (6th Gen) and Apple iPad Air (2020) both feature incredibly similar storage capacity for games and applications, they have the same 64 GB internal storage.
IPad Air (2020) features a very superior performance than Apple iPad mini (6th Gen), and although they both have the same number of cores, the iPad Air (2020) also has a 64-bits processing unit. The Apple iPad mini (6th Gen)'s camera is very similar to the camera in iPad Air (2020), they have a F1.8 camera aperture, the same resolution back-facing camera, the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rate.
The iPad mini (6th Gen) counts with a very superior battery performance than iPad Air (2020).
