Comparison review
The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) has an overall score of 91.1, which is much better than Apple iPad Air (2020)'s global score of 71.7. Both of these devices come with the same iPadOS 14.x OS. Although it's the best in this comparison review, the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) construction is a bit thicker and much heavier than the Apple iPad Air (2020).
Apple iPad Air (2020) features a little better performance than Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021), because although it has less cpu cores, it also counts with a 64 bits CPU. Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) counts with a more vivid display than iPad Air (2020), because it has a better resolution of 2048 x 2732 pixels, way more brightness, a little bit greater pixels density and a bigger screen.
The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) has a much better storage for apps and games than iPad Air (2020), because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) has a much better battery duration than iPad Air (2020). IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) counts with a camera that is just as good as iPad Air (2020)'s camera, both of them have a same size camera aperture, the same 60 frames per second video frame rates, a 12 MP resolution back facing camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) costs a lot more money than iPad Air (2020), but you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
