IPad Air (2020)'s construction is noticeably newer, somewhat lighter and extremely thinner than the Microsoft Surface Go.
IPad Air (2020) features a more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has a better resolution of 1640 x 2360, a bit larger screen and a little higher amount of pixels per inch in the display. Apple iPad Air (2020) features a really superior hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has a 64-bit processing unit and a larger number of cores.
Microsoft Surface Go counts with a very superior storage for games and applications than iPad Air (2020), because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity.
