IPad Air (2020) has a global score of 71.7, which is just a bit better than Moto Tab G20's 66.3 general score. IPad Air (2020) comes with iPadOS 14.x OS, and Moto Tab G20 works with Android 11 OS. IPad Air (2020)'s body is noticeably thinner than Moto Tab G20, but it is a lot heavier and was released a bit more more than a year before.
