IPad mini (2019) has a general score of 85.9, which is much better than iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025)'s overall score of 69.6. Both of these tablets have iPadOS operating system, but the iPad mini (2019) has an older 13.x version while iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025) has iPadOS 18.x. IPad mini (2019) features a much more powerful processing unit than iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025), because although it has 5 GB less RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the iPad mini (2019) also counts with a 64-bit processing unit.
Apple iPad mini (2019) has a much more vibrant display than iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025), although it has a way smaller display, they both have the same display brightness. IPad mini (2019) has a lot bigger storage to store more games and applications than iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025), because it has 256 GB internal storage.
The iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025) captures much clearer videos and photos than iPad mini (2019), because it has a camera with a much better 12 megapixels resolution, a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a much bigger camera aperture.
