The Apple iPad mini (2019) is a lot better than the iPad Air 13-inch (M3, 2025), with a score of 85.9 against 70.4. Both of these tablets come with iPadOS OS (operating system), but the Apple iPad mini (2019) has 13.x version and iPad Air 13-inch (M3, 2025) has iPadOS 18.x version. IPad mini (2019) features a very superior CPU than iPad Air 13-inch (M3, 2025), because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have 8 cores, the iPad mini (2019) also counts with a 64-bits processing unit.
