The iPad mini (2019) is better than iPad Air (2020), having an 85.9 score against 71.7. The iPad mini (2019) design has the same thickness than iPad Air (2020), but it's lighter. Both devices we compare here work with iPadOS OS, but the iPad mini (2019) has older 13.x version and iPad Air (2020) has iPadOS 14.x.
