IPad mini (2019) is just a bit better than the iPad Pro 11-inch (2020), getting an 85.9 score against 84. Both of these tablets use the same iPadOS 13.x operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any difference in that aspect. IPad mini (2019) is an older and just a little bit thicker tablet than iPad Pro 11-inch (2020), but Apple was able to build it incredibly lighter anyway.
IPad mini (2019) counts with a little bit better performance than iPad Pro 11-inch (2020), because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the iPad mini (2019) also counts with a 64-bits processing unit.
