The iPad mini (2019) is a lot better than Lumia 2520, having a score of 85.9 against 68.6. IPad mini (2019) comes with iPadOS 13.x OS, and Lumia 2520 comes with Windows RT 8.1 OS. The iPad mini (2019) body is much newer, thinner and a lot lighter than Lumia 2520. The Lumia 2520 has a little bit better display than iPad mini (2019), because although it has a bit lower 1080 x 1920 resolution and a lot lower pixel amount per inch of screen, it also counts with a brighter display and a larger display.
Apple iPad mini (2019) features a better performing processor than Lumia 2520, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with 1 GB more RAM, a larger number of cores and a 64-bits processing unit. The Apple iPad mini (2019) has a bit better camera than Lumia 2520, because although it has a way smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for shooting photos and video in low light environments, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Apple iPad mini (2019) also counts with a camera with more mega pixels and better video frame rate.
