Comparison review
The iPad mini (2019) is a lot better than OSCAL Pad 15, getting an 85.9 score against 64.4. IPad mini (2019)'s design is notably lighter and extremely thinner than OSCAL Pad 15. IPad mini (2019) has iPadOS 13.x OS, and OSCAL Pad 15 has Android 13 OS. The iPad mini (2019) counts with an incredibly better screen than OSCAL Pad 15, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher amount of pixels per inch of display, a lot higher 1536 x 2048 resolution and much more brightness.
OSCAL Pad 15 has a much bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Apple iPad mini (2019), and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the OSCAL Pad 15 also has an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB. The iPad mini (2019) has a quite superior processing power than OSCAL Pad 15, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the iPad mini (2019) also counts with a 64 bits CPU.
The OSCAL Pad 15 features a much longer battery lifetime than Apple iPad mini (2019), because it has a 64 percent bigger battery size. IPad mini (2019) shoots greater videos and photos than OSCAL Pad 15, although it has a back-facing camera with a much worse resolution.
