Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is just a bit better than Apple iPad mini (6th Gen), having a 65.1 score against 65. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while Apple iPad mini (6th Gen) counts with iPadOS 15.x OS. Despite being the best device in this comparison review, Microsoft Surface Pro 2's body is much older, incredibly thicker and incredibly heavier than Apple iPad mini (6th Gen).
