The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a lot better than the iPad mini (6th Gen), having an 82.4 score against 65. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) comes with Windows 10 Pro operating system, while iPad mini (6th Gen) comes with iPadOS 15.x operating system. Even being the best in our current comparison, we must note that it is also notably older, noticeably thicker and incredibly heavier.
