The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is slightly better than the iPad mini (6th Gen), getting a 66.9 score against 65. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 comes with Windows 10 OS, and iPad mini (6th Gen) has iPadOS 15.x OS.
