The Galaxy Tab S3 is better than the iPad mini (6th Gen), having a 75.2 score against 65. Galaxy Tab S3 counts with Android 9.0 Pie operating system, while iPad mini (6th Gen) comes with iPadOS 15.x operating system. Galaxy Tab S3 is a older and heavier tablet than the iPad mini (6th Gen), but Samsung was able to make it just a bit thinner anyway.
The Apple iPad mini (6th Gen) features a sharper screen than Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1488 x 2266 and a just a bit better number of pixels in each inch in the screen. Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a quite bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Apple iPad mini (6th Gen), because although it has only 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 256 GB.
