The Apple iPad (2022) has a general score of 74.7, which is a lot better than the Apple iPad mini (7th Gen)'s global score of 61. Both of these tablets come with iPadOS OS, but the Apple iPad (2022) has a newer 16.x version while Apple iPad mini (7th Gen) has iPadOS 15.x. IPad mini (7th Gen) counts with a bit better looking display than Apple iPad (2022), because although it has a way smaller display and a bit lower 1488 x 2266 resolution, and they both have the same brightness, the iPad mini (7th Gen) also counts with a just a bit greater screen pixel density.
