IPad Air (2020) is better than iPad mini (7th Gen), having a global score of 71.7 against 61. Both of these tablets have iPadOS OS (Operating System), but the iPad Air (2020) has the previous 14.x version and iPad mini (7th Gen) has iPadOS 15.x. The iPad Air (2020) features a very superior processing power than iPad mini (7th Gen), and although they both have a Hexa-Core processing unit, the iPad Air (2020) also has a 64-bits processing unit.
