Huawei MatePad 11 is better than the Apple iPad mini (7th Gen), having a score of 70.2 against 61. Huawei MatePad 11 comes with HarmonyOS operating system, while Apple iPad mini (7th Gen) comes with iPadOS 15.x operating system. The iPad mini (7th Gen) has a bit better looking screen than Huawei MatePad 11, because although it has a bit worse 1488 x 2266 resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a quite better display pixels density.
