The Microsoft Surface 2 is slightly better than the iPad mini (7th Gen), with a 63.4 score against 61. The Microsoft Surface 2 comes with Windows RT 8.1 OS, and iPad mini (7th Gen) comes with iPadOS 15.x OS.
