Microsoft Surface 3 is slightly better than iPad mini (7th Gen), with a 66.3 score against 61. IPad mini (7th Gen) has a better looking screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a lot better pixel number per inch of display and a slightly higher 1488 x 2266 pixels resolution.
