The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is better than the iPad mini (7th Gen), getting a general score of 72.2 against 61. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and iPad mini (7th Gen) works with iPadOS 15.x OS.
