Galaxy Tab Active 3 is much better than the iPad mini (7th Gen), with a 79 score against 61. Galaxy Tab Active 3 comes with Android 10 operating system, while iPad mini (7th Gen) works with iPadOS 15.x operating system. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with an extremely better processing unit than iPad mini (7th Gen), because it has a larger number of cores.
IPad mini (7th Gen) counts with a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3, because it has a higher resolution of 1488 x 2266, a quite larger display and a little bit greater pixel count in each inch in the screen.
