OSCAL Pad 15 is just a bit better than Apple iPad mini (A17 Pro), getting a score of 64.4 against 63.3. OSCAL Pad 15 comes with Android 13 OS, and Apple iPad mini (A17 Pro) has iPadOS 18.x OS. OSCAL Pad 15's body is thicker and heavier than Apple iPad mini (A17 Pro). IPad mini (A17 Pro) counts with a much better display than OSCAL Pad 15, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher 1488 x 2266 resolution, way more pixels per inch in the screen and much more brightness.
